Ingredients:

  • 15-20 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 package milk chocolate chips (about 5 oz)
  • 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • gold-colored sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper.
  2. Pour sprinkles into a bowl.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave (every microwave is different, but I did 25 seconds, stirred, 15 seconds, stirred, 15 seconds, stirred).
  4. Dip each Oreo cookie in the melted chocolate. You can just dip half of each cookie, or get a little messier and dip the whole thing.
  5. Dip the cookie in the sprinkles and place on wax paper until the chocolate hardens. Or you can place the cookie on the wax paper and just sprinkle some of the sprinkles on top and then let the chocolate harden.

Other variations you may want to try:

  • Instead of the regular Oreo cookie, try mint-stuffed Oreos.
  • Try dipping in dark, semi-sweet, or white chocolate.
  • Try other, more colorful sprinkles.
