Strawberry Parfait with Angel Food Cake Dessert Recipe

Ingredients (makes about 12-14 servings):

  • about 18 angel food cupcakes
  • about 2 C. sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 packet strawberry jello
  • 8 oz whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Make jello according to package.
  2. Make angel food cupcakes according to package.
  3. Combine jello and sliced strawberries in large mixing bowl. Stir together, then fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Tear cupcakes into large bite-sized pieces and fold them into the jello mixture.
  5. Chill about 1 hour before serving.
