Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine Alfredo Dinner Recipe

Ingredients (yields about 7 servings):

  • 1 package Fettuccine pasta noodles
  • 2 Chicken breasts (cooked and shredded) or about 2 cups shredded chicken 
  • about 3 crowns of broccoli
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the broccoli (wash and cut) and chicken separately.
  2. Shred the chicken once it’s cooled down.
  3. Cook pasta according to package. Drain out the water.
  4. Add Alfredo sauce, broccoli, and chicken to pasta.

Goes great with corn on the cob or a fresh green salad!
