Crispy Oven Baked French Fries (with Bush’s Baked Beans and Coleslaw)

Ingredients for French Fries (about 4-5 servings):

  • 3 Russet potatoes
  • about 1/2 or 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Wash and peel potatoes. Slice into thin slices (about the size of a McDonald’s french fry).
  3. Place potato slices in a bowl. Add olive oil, some salt and pepper, and mix so that the potato slices are coated evenly.
  4. Put potatoes on a baking sheet (single layer) and bake about 15 minutes. Flip potatoes and bake about another 10-15 minutes.
For a full dinner or lunch, serve french fries with GREEN CABBAGE COLESLAW and some Bush’s Original Baked Beans.
