Romaine and Avocado Salad Recipe

Ingredients (about 3 servings):

  • 6 Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and torn
  • about 15 grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • about 1/2 Tbsp. or 1 Tbsp. chopped red onion
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • a dash of salt and pepper

Instructions:

Place lettuce in a small-medium salad bowl. Top with tomatoes, red onion, and avocado. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top. Goes great with CROCKPOT LASAGNA!
