If you are the primary person in your family to do the grocery shopping, cooking, and meal time clean up, you probably understand how tedious it can get. And if you have really young children, it can be a mountain of fun cleaning all their dishes plus your own after each meal.
I found a dirty plate amidst several clean dishes in the dishwasher. At first I was a little confused, but soon realized my two-year-old had put it there all by himself! I am so happy he is learning to take care of his plate after eating. 🙂
Moral of the story: if you have young children, teach them to help and clean up after themselves early! It might take longer to get the housework done, but it´ll pay off in the long run.
