Healthy Peanut Butter Balls Snack Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 C. Skippy Natural Peanut Butter
  • 2-3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • 2 Tbsp. flaked coconut
Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Form into balls and place in a baggie or tupperware.
  3. Freeze or refrigerate until ready to serve. We preferred our refrigerated because freezing them made them too hard to bite into.
