Ingredients:
- 1 C. white flour
- 1 C. whole wheat flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 C. nonfat dry milk
- 1 1/2 C. water
- 1/4 C. milk
- 6 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. honey (you can use sugar instead)
- About 1 C. blueberries
(You can just do about 1 1/2 C. milk instead of the nonfat dry milk, 1 1/2 C. water, and 1/4 C. milk. You want a nice brownie batter consistency.)
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add in wet ingredients and mix until texture is smooth.
- Add blueberries and mix.
- Warm up the waffle iron and make the waffles.
- Serve warm -top with butter, syrup, berries, whipped cream, powdered sugar, etc.
