White-Wheat Blueberry Waffles Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 C. white flour
  • 1 C. whole wheat flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 C. nonfat dry milk
  • 1 1/2 C. water
  • 1/4 C. milk
  • 6 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. honey (you can use sugar instead)
  • About 1 C. blueberries

(You can just do about 1 1/2 C. milk instead of the nonfat dry milk, 1 1/2 C. water, and 1/4 C. milk. You want a nice brownie batter consistency.)

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Add in wet ingredients and mix until texture is smooth.
  3. Add blueberries and mix.
  4. Warm up the waffle iron and make the waffles.
  5. Serve warm -top with butter, syrup, berries, whipped cream, powdered sugar, etc.
