Well, those same cookies, crumbled over vanilla (or chocolate) ice cream.
This can be a great dessert option for those hot Summer days. You can use store-bought cookies so you don’t have to heat up your house with the oven. But on colder days, this is a great way to heat up your house and have a warm, creamy treat.
The warm cookies get the ice cream a little bit melted. I wish I would have written down the cookie recipe I used, but really any good chocolate chip cookies would do the trick. 🙂

Cookie Ice Cream Dessert Recipe
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1-2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate ice cream
- 1-2 warm chocolate chip cookies, crumbled
Instructions:
Sprinkle cookie crumbs on top of your scoops of ice cream.
Enjoy your cookie ice cream dessert!
