Ingredients:
- 6 chicken drumsticks (thawed)
- about 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a square baking dish with foil.
- Place drumsicks in the dish in a single layer.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and rosemary on the drumsticks.
- Gently rub the seasonings in, turn drumsticks over, and repeat on other side.
- Bake uncovered for about 50 minutes, or until juices run clear and chicken is not pink in the center.
Rosemary chicken goes great with a fresh vegetable/ranch dressing salad!
