Ingredients for French Fries (about 4-5 servings):
- 3 Russet potatoes
- about 1/2 or 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Wash and peel potatoes. Slice into thin slices (about the size of a McDonald’s french fry).
- Place potato slices in a bowl. Add olive oil, some salt and pepper, and mix so that the potato slices are coated evenly.
- Put potatoes on a baking sheet (single layer) and bake about 15 minutes. Flip potatoes and bake about another 10-15 minutes.
For a full dinner or lunch, serve french fries with GREEN CABBAGE COLESLAW and some Bush’s Original Baked Beans.
