Ingredients:
- 2 zucchinis
- about 1 Tbsp. olive oil or canola oil
- Italian-style bread crumbs
- garlic salt
- salt
- optional: sliced mushrooms
Instructions:
- Cut zucchinis into quarter-inch slices and put them in a pan with a little water and a lid and let them cook until they are tender (do not let them overcook to mushiness). Add the sliced mushrooms if you want mushrooms with it.
- Drain the excess water.
- Add oil and mix (gently).
- Add garlic salt, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, and salt and mix gently.
Makes 2-3 servings.
