Bacon, Spinach, and Cheese Quiche Recipe

Ingredients (1 9inch pie):

  • 1 deep dish frozen pie crust
  • 3 slices of bacon (cooked and torn into small pieces)
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • about 1 1/2 C. chopped spinach
  • 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 C. grated Colby Jack cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 C. Half and Half
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 C. flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs with a fork. Add the Half and Half, salt, pepper, and flour. Use a whisk to help smooth out the clumps from the flour. (it’s okay if there are still small clumps).
  3. Stir in the crumbled bacon, onion, spinach, Parmesan, and Colby Jack cheese.
  4. Pour mixture into the frozen pie crust and bake for about one hour.
  5. Let it set for about 10 or 15 minutes before serving.
