Ingredients (about 4 servings):
- 1/2 bunch asparagus
- about 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Wash asparagus and snap off the thick bottoms.
- Lay asparagus in an 8×8 inch baking dish, one layer thick.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Mix with your hands until all the asparagus is lightly coated with olive oil. Arrange in a single layer in the pan.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
