This homemade salsa recipe combines freshness, health, and traditional Mexican flavors into one delicious meal.

Homemade Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4-5 Roma tomatoes, diced and gently squeezed (to get out most of the juices and seeds)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- about 2-3 Tbsp. yellow onion, diced
- optional: salt to taste, but usually chips are pretty salty.
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients in a salsa-sized bowl and mix together.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
