Super Simple Fruit Salad

Fruit salad is one of those dishes I loved since I was a kid, and one that my kids (thankfully!) will gobble up every time. Easy to make, and healthy too!

Ingredients (makes 3 servings):

  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • about 3/4 or 1 C. Vanilla yogurt
  • optional: you may include toppings such as granola, sunflower seeds, nuts, or raisins.

Instructions:

  1. Peel the orange and divide into sections. Slice the sections into bite-sized pieces and place in small salad or mixing bowl.
  2. Peel the banana. Cut into bite-sized pieces and combine with oranges.
  3. Add yogurt and stir.
  4. optional: Top with toppings of your choice.

This fruit salad is great served with a slice of orange almond cake!
