Baked Rosemary Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken drumsticks (thawed)
  • about 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a square baking dish with foil.
  3. Place drumsicks in the dish in a single layer.
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and rosemary on the drumsticks.
  5. Gently rub the seasonings in, turn drumsticks over, and repeat on other side.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 50 minutes, or until juices run clear and chicken is not pink in the center.

Rosemary chicken goes great with a fresh vegetable/ranch dressing salad!
