Ingredients (about 6 servings):
- 8 oz dry rotini noodles
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. dry, ground mustard
- 1 tsp. Oregano, crushed
- 1 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cook pasta according to package. Drain and place pasta in an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter on medium/medium-low heat.
- Stir in flour.
- Stir in milk. Bring to a boil, then simmer a few minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat when the sauce thickens.
- Stir in salt, pepper, mustard, and Oregano.
- Fold the sauce into the Rotini noodles.
- Fold in grated cheese.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees F.
