Ingredients (about 4 servings):
- 1 C. enriched long-grain rice, uncooked
- 1 can chili
- grated cheese of your choice
- optional: diced tomatoes
Instructions:
- Cook rice according to package.
- Heat chili on the stove top or in the microwave.
- Serve rice topped with a scoop of chili and sprinkled with cheese and diced tomatoes.
