Chili and Cheese over White Rice Dinner Recipe

Ingredients (about 4 servings):

  • 1 C. enriched long-grain rice, uncooked
  • 1 can chili
  • grated cheese of your choice
  • optional: diced tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Cook rice according to package.
  2. Heat chili on the stove top or in the microwave.
  3. Serve rice topped with a scoop of chili and sprinkled with cheese and diced tomatoes.
