Ingredients (about 4 servings):
- 2 small chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- about 1 Tbsp. PESTO SAUCE
- 6 Tbsp. milk
Instructions:
Combine cooked chicken, pesto sauce, and milk in a pan. Cook on medium-high heat, mixing frequently, until milk thickens into a light sauce.
Serve alone or on top of cooked pasta or rice.
