Ingredients (5-6 servings):
- 1/2 bunch kale
- about 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Wash kale and pat dry.
- Tear or cut into large-ish pieces.
- Place in a glass 9×13 inch baking dish (the kale will shrink quite a bit when it is cooked). Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Toss the kale with the oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, tossing once after 5 minutes.
