You can serve these sauteed seasoned mushrooms as a side dish by themselves or as a topping. You can also combine them with cooked chicken to have a yummy mushroom chicken dish or add them to your wraps or sandwiches for lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 package sliced white button mushrooms
  • a pinch of dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat pan to medium heat. Let butter melt in the pan.
  2. Saute garlic in the butter for about 20 seconds, then add the mushrooms. Saute for about 5 minutes, and add oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Saute for another 10 minutes or so, until most of the extra mushroom juices are evaporated and they look good to eat.
