This salad is absolutely unbelievable- just perfect, and worth the dressing’s calories 🙂 Try it and let me know if you agree!
Ingredients:
- romaine lettuce (washed and torn into bite-sized pieces)
- 1-2 broccoli florets, washed and chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 stalk of celery, sliced vertically, then into thirds (to make 6 small celery sticks)
- 1 thick slice of cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
- ranch dressing
Pile everything up onto the plate and enjoy!
*Goes great with baked rosemary chicken!
