This smoothie is heavenly. Kind of like a yogurt drink. And it’s really easy to make.
Ingredients (yields about 3 or 4 servings):
- 1 peeled banana
- about 15 strawberries (washed and without the stems) (if you use frozen strawberries, then you may want to add a little more milk to make it creamier and not as thick.)
- 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 C. plain yogurt (flavored yogurt would probably be great too!)
- 1 C. milk (I used whole milk)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Instructions:
Just blend everything up until there are no more ice or fruit chunks. Enjoy!
