Black Bean Burrito

Ingredients (1 burrito):

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • about 1/4 C. black beans
  • grated or sliced cheese (cheddar, Colby Jack, mozarella… whatever you prefer)
  • washed lettuce
  • Pace Chunky Mild salsa (about 1 Tbsp)

Instructions:

  1. Warm the black beans in the microwave for about 1 minute.
  2. Cook tortilla (until both sides have little golden bubbles) in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
  3. Spoon warm black beans onto the tortilla. Top with cheese, lettuce, and salsa.
  4. Roll the burrito up and enjoy!
