Ingredients (1 burrito):
- 1 flour tortilla
- about 1/4 C. black beans
- grated or sliced cheese (cheddar, Colby Jack, mozarella… whatever you prefer)
- washed lettuce
- Pace Chunky Mild salsa (about 1 Tbsp)
Instructions:
- Warm the black beans in the microwave for about 1 minute.
- Cook tortilla (until both sides have little golden bubbles) in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
- Spoon warm black beans onto the tortilla. Top with cheese, lettuce, and salsa.
- Roll the burrito up and enjoy!
