This is my favorite trail mix recipe. It is so easy to throw together and the Craisins add such a great flavor and chewiness amidst the nuts. If you want to be really healthy, you can omit the chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
- 1 package (5 oz) Craisins (I used Pomegranate infused Craisins)
- 1/2 or 1 C. peanuts
- 1/4 C. almonds
- 1/4 C. cashews
- 1/2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
Just combine ingredients in a bowl. You can store it in a Tupperware or divide up into baggies to pack in lunches.
