These healthy, quick and easy peanut butter banana English muffins make the perfect snack or light breakfast.

Ingredients (1 servings):

  • 1 English Muffin
  • about 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • about 1/2 of a banana, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Slice the English muffin in half and toast each half.
