Ingredients (yields about 7 servings):
- 1 package Fettuccine pasta noodles
- 2 Chicken breasts (cooked and shredded) or about 2 cups shredded chicken
- about 3 crowns of broccoli
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the broccoli (wash and cut) and chicken separately.
- Shred the chicken once it’s cooled down.
- Cook pasta according to package. Drain out the water.
- Add Alfredo sauce, broccoli, and chicken to pasta.
Goes great with corn on the cob or a fresh green salad!
