This salad was so good!!! I wouldn’t mind eating EVERY day of my life!
Ingredients:
(I really don’t remember how much of everything I used, but I don’t think you can really go wrong just eying it)
- Romaine lettuce
- chopped bell pepper
- sliced mushrooms
- chopped tomato
- sliced cucumbers
- olives
- sliced hard boiled eggs
- cooked and cubed chicken
- cooked and crumbled bacon
- mild olive oil (a small amount drizzled on top)
- a few shakes of black pepper
- Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top
