This sauce is creamy and delicious! The recipe yields about 4 servings.
Ingredients:
Penne noodles
Cream cheese (about 4 oz)
chopped spinach (frozen or fresh)
sour cream (about 2 spoonfuls)
salt and pepper
minced garlic (1 clove)
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles as directed on the package.
2. While the noodles are cooking, heat up a pan and put the cream cheese and sour cream in to melt. Keep the pan on low-medium heat so it doesn’t burn and keep stirring. Feel free to add a little water at a time so it’s not too thick.
3. Add spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper.
4. Top with Parmesan cheese.
