Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Slice potatoes into wedges and place in a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, paprika, pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss until all potatoes are covered with some sauce.
  4. Line a baking pan with foil and place potato wedges skin-side down.
  5. Bake about 35 minutes or until wedges are tender.

Goes great with TANGY BARBEQUE CHICKEN!
