Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. crushed Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Slice potatoes into wedges and place in a mixing bowl.
- Combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, paprika, pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Pour mixture over potatoes and toss until all potatoes are covered with some sauce.
- Line a baking pan with foil and place potato wedges skin-side down.
- Bake about 35 minutes or until wedges are tender.
