Ingredients (about 3 servings):
- 6 Romaine lettuce leaves, washed and torn
- about 15 grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- about 1/2 Tbsp. or 1 Tbsp. chopped red onion
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- a dash of salt and pepper
Instructions:
Place lettuce in a small-medium salad bowl. Top with tomatoes, red onion, and avocado. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top. Goes great with CROCKPOT LASAGNA!
