This is an easy and fast sandwich (or halfwich?). You might want to make two because one just might not be enough!
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of bread
- mayonnaise
- sliced cheese (my favorite is mild cheddar)
- avocado slices
- a dash of black pepper
Instructions:
Spread mayonnaise on the bread. Cover with cheese slices. Top with avocado slices and a dash of black pepper. Enjoy!
