Easy Ramen Stirfry Lunch Recipe

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 2 packages Ramen noodles (and only 1 chicken flavored seasoning packet that comes with them)
  • 1 bag Asian style or stirfry vegetables
  • soy sauce to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat/steam the vegetables.
  2. Cook the Ramen noodles according to package, but only add one packet of chicken flavored seasoning instead of two. Drain out the liquid.
  3. Combine vegetables and noodles. Mix in some soy sauce (about 1-2 tsp.), depending on your tastes.
  4. Serve immediately.
