Here is a great way to healthify plain old Ramen soup a bit:

Ramen Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Ramen noodles with seasoning packet (my favorite is Chicken flavor, second favorite is Beef flavor)
  • a handful of broccoli florets (fresh is best, but you can use frozen ones)

Instructions:

  • Cook Ramen noodles according to package, but throw in the broccoli florets when noodles begin to soften, and cover with lid for a few minutes.
