This Queso Nachos recipe makes a quick and tasty lunch meal. You can add some shredded lettuce to make it a nacho salad!
Ingredients:
- corn chips (about 2 handfuls)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Pace Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Queso Dip
- about 1/2 can (7 oz) pinto beans, drained
- 1/2 or 1 whole avocado, sliced
Instructions:
- Place chips on a plate and spoon pinto beans on top of chips.
- Stir together salsa and Queso in a small bowl. Spoon over beans and chips.
- Microwave about 1 minute.
- Top with sliced avocado.
