Queso Nachos Lunch Recipe

This Queso Nachos recipe makes a quick and tasty lunch meal. You can add some shredded lettuce to make it a nacho salad!

Ingredients:

  • corn chips (about 2 handfuls)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Pace Chunky Mild Salsa
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Queso Dip
  • about 1/2 can (7 oz) pinto beans, drained
  • 1/2 or 1 whole avocado, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Place chips on a plate and spoon pinto beans on top of chips.
  2. Stir together salsa and Queso in a small bowl. Spoon over beans and chips.
  3. Microwave about 1 minute.
  4. Top with sliced avocado.
