This is a perfect dessert or treat for a toddler! It’s easy to eat, soft, delicious, and not so easy to get into since you keep them in the freezer.
Ingredients:
- Chocolate Graham Crackers (or Cinnamon or Honey Graham Crackers)
- Ice cream (I used vanilla, but you could experiment with Mint Chocolate Chip, Neapolitan, etc.)
- foil, plastic wrap, or waxed paper
Instructions:
Break each graham cracker into whatever size of sandwich you want. Spread ice cream on top of one side and top the ice cream with another graham cracker. You can eat it right away, or, if you want the graham crackers to get softer, wrap each ice cream sandwich in foil, plastic wrap, or waxed paper and freeze over night.
