Ingredients:
- .25 oz yeast
- 1 tsp. white sugar
- 1 C. warm water (a little warmer than lukewarm)
- 2 1/2 C. all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1-2 Tsp. crushed Oregano
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in the warm water in a mixing bowl. Wait about 10 minutes.
- Add salt, oregano, and olive oil to mixture. Stir.
- Add flour and stir.
- Form into a ball. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface.
- Place on a greased pizza pan (sprinkled with a little corn meal if desired).
- Add sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees.
