I could eat this delicious tomato and cheese sandwich every day! Here’s my own tomato and cheese sandwich recipe, which is perfect for those days where it’s too hot to eat meat or cook anything.
The best thing about this recipe is that it’s quick, easy, and healthy. You don’t have to worry about preparing lots of strange sauces, or perfecting the presentation of the sandwich; it’s all super easy!

Tomato and Cheese Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
- bread (french bread is great, but if you want to be healthier, try a multigrain bread—it is DELICIOUS)
- some mayonnaise
- a few slices of cheese
- a few slices of tomato
- black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Spread mayonnaise on the bread. I usually do a thicker spread of mayo to add more flavor to these sandwiches.
- Place cheese, then tomatoes on top of the mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle with a little black pepper

It’s delicious… the tomato and cheese sandwich. I’m vegetarian, so I like yours without meat in it. I too put extra mayo on mine. The tomatoes stand out better with lots of mayo. Thanks.
