I have been making a lot of no-bake meals recently. We have had hot weather and I just can’t bear to turn on the oven! Summertime is great though. Produce is usually less expensive. Summer meals are usually quick, easy, and often healthy. People seem more laid back. And warm Summer nights are the best.
